Erm..I don't quite know how to describe my holiday, since I didn't go anywhere outside KK.Then again, I simply wanted to be with my family. The feeling of having them around and talking to them. Mandy & Charlotte had so much to tell me we barely slept those few nights. I think the 2nd best part of the 5 day trip (22nd - 26th sept) was being able to eat everything i missed. *ka-ching* seafood! :)

Something I didnt expect to find was a new member of the family.. Meet 'Lucky' *rolls eyes* Ironically, the thing has been nothing but un-lucky for me. Okayokay so maybe its really furry and cute..and small and cuddly..ya da da, but it bit my foot(!) while playing Chase (of course it decided to target me), and it probably caused me rashes, and I didn't sleep much cos of its yapping at night. Its quite the devil at night. It run amok(its a housedog) around the livingroom, jumps on the sofas, and yaps(snappishly). It was pretty annoying. My most overused phrase throughout the five days could probably be "how on earth do u live with that thing?". Sometimes when I say it, the animal behaves as though it understood every word-it grunts at me. If i had a say in naming it, I'd call it Babi!

Most of the time when I'm back home I'd go to the beach and hang out with my family or some friends. It rocks i tell you! But this time around, the weather was horrible, the haze was really thick and it was gloomy just about everyday. It's a rare thing in KK,- its usually sunshine hot & clear blue skies. Anyway, bottomline is the 'everyday-wonderful-sunset' didnt happen and I was bummed like every other person on that beach that day (or those few days).
(Guess the real picture)

Every Sunday, there'd be a Tamu (a morning flea market) at Gaya Street and you'd see all sorts of stuff, from various types of seashells, to Fran-the Gaya Street Dog. She walks up and down the street every sunday. (she's quite the icon LOL)

Not exactly my kinda holiday back home but I loved it just the same like every other trip back. I just wish it was longer though :)

Anthem of the month: Plain White Ts - A lonely September :)
